This is a hands-on role for a skilled cleaning professional who can lead by example, support cleaning teams, assess jobs and ensure every service meets CleanBee standards.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, support and guide CleanBee cleaning teams
• Carry out quality inspections and maintain cleaning standards
• Work alongside cleaning teams when required
• Train team members and demonstrate professional cleaning techniques
• Assess properties and determine the required scope of work
• Identify quality issues and support team performance improvements
• Communicate professionally with customers and the CleanBee office team
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, professionally and to a consistently high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional cleaning experience
• Experience managing, supervising or training cleaning teams
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning methods and equipment
• Own car and full driving licence
• Own professional cleaning equipment
• Ability to assess cleaning jobs and understand the work required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and travel to different locations as required
