Post Construction Cleaning Services

Here’s how we clean sites after construction and renovation:

Industrial (including 110V) steamers, vacuums, floor machines and others are used. All cleaning methods employ at least one of these machines, for the following :

• Steamers – They remove paints marks in difficult to reach places without causing any damage. They also remove remaining glue material from any stickers or tape that might still be present.

• Floor Machines – Water / suction vacuums can be used for all types of interior flooring. They spray water with a brush system and simultaneously suck it up. This removes any heavy paint, cement, dirt & dust that might be present. Sizes of these machines can depend on the area with ranges from a portable 110V electric model to a diesel powered engine vehicle. Exterior pavements can also be covered with the larger models.

• Others – Power washers can be used both for interior and exterior. With the right model and right environment you can use a power washer indoors. For the outdoors, of course with different cleaning approaches to the areas, but in short, pavements, walkways, walls & windows are cleaned using the right model for the area. Soft Washing would also fall under the outdoor category.
