How we do it
Here's how we clean nursing homes, respite homes, home care centres and nursing agencies:
Steam Cleaning
Industrial steamers, floor spinning discs and water/suction vacuums along with the nice feeling of eco-friendly cleaning products. All of these machines are emphasized in the clean given. The steam from the steamers allow us to get in between grouts, around corners, around taps, tackle nearly all permanent stains, kill off nearly all bacteria, lift dirt from the surfaces.
Upholstery & carpet vacuums
The water/suction vacuums is used on upholstery & carpet. This machines simple but effective. It sprays water and soaks it up at the same time. This allows us to wash any area very thoroughly and conveniently.
Floor Machines
The floor spinning discs can be used on all floor tiles, wooden floors & marble too. With it’s cleaning process using a hard head of the disc we cleaning the floors first. Using this machine we can really get into the grouts and clean away all the dirt. Afterwards we change into the softer option of the machine to begin the polishing phase. We apply an anti-slip substance onto the surface and duff the whole area. This leaves the floors spotless and shining.
Window & Surface Detailing
Glass, frames, ledges, walls, and internal fixtures are carefully cleaned to remove dust, paint splatter, and even renovation residue. The entire room is sanitised completely leaving the room spotless and cleansed of any unpleasant smells.
Exterior Cleaning
Power washing and soft washing systems are used for pavements, entrances, walls, exterior glass, and surrounding site areas, with the correct pressure and treatment selected for each surface.
Final Handover Standard
After the cleaning process we apply an anti-slip agent making the areas completely safe when walking on if it’s wet. Then we finish it off with a gleaming polish to the surface which last months on end.

That depends on your schedule, though our team is large enough to complete a construction site clean in 1 day if it’s critical. Otherwise, you can expect a clean to be planned according to the calendar & size of your project.
We do both. We can do a one-time clean or sign a regular cleaning contract for your project with even better terms.
There’s no problem with that. We feel that organising a callout from the local supervisor is must. Their experience in cleaning lets them evaluate the conditions of areas, any unique environments and you’ll be able to simply have a chat to see what’s even available with our cleaning.
